• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider.
  
• Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays outside our control are the responsibility of the carrier. QFXSupplies is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

If an item arrives faulty, incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by QFXSupplies.
